Brocacef has been a joint venture of the Phoenix Group and McKesson Europe since 2010. McKesson Europe has a 45 per cent share in Brocacef.

As part of Brocacef, the pharmacy chain Benu is one of the leading chains in the country with around 300 pharmacies.
